@remotewithrashida: More applications won't fix a job search strategy that isn't working. 👀 🚨 Follow and save my page @remotewithrashida for more tips on how to start and grow your remote career. 📌 I recently saw someone ask if she should PAY somebody to complete her job applications and assessments because she wasn't getting callbacks or interviews. And my first thought was, before you spend that money, figure out WHY you're not getting callbacks. Look at your last few applications. 💻 Were you actually qualified for the jobs? 💻 Did you tailor your resume to each role? 💻 Were you using the right keywords? 💻 Are you targeting specific job titles that fit your experience? 💻 Or are you applying to anything that says “remote”? Because having someone submit 50 more applications using the same strategy that isn't working can leave you right back where you started. That's why I created my WFH Mom Job Search Toolkit. I teach you how to customize your search, find legitimate remote opportunities, tailor your resume, prepare for interviews, and actually keep track of what you're doing. The goal isn't just to submit more applications. The goal is to submit BETTER ones. 👏🏽 Ready to start your remote job search with a strategy? Comment TOOLKIT and I'll send you the link. 🩵 #wfhmom #remotejobs #jobsearchtips #workfromhome #resumetips
