Very well said very true most companies running on office 365 are only allowing co pilot which is extremely limited I think running claude on azure privately is a great way for traditional Microsoft based companies to really start getting into ai usage

Yup we have Claude code and codex open to all, which is great but there are now 10000s of random dashboards and confluence pages and no North Star 🫠

Seems like the gap is not having sound operating structure on how to move selected use case to prod. But close 80% of AI initiatives that are in even prod are not driving real measurable value today. Also hype is dictating strategy rather than tangible value doing it.

Yep. Currently bothering our VP of IT to get access to Databricks. Put together an extensive use case for a predictive model. High benefits. He’s just slow playing it and I have no idea why. We use Snowflake as our EDW. It’s maddening I can’t use Databricks.

You can’t even share work like real enterprise software it’s all contained on individual computers. This is no where near replacing jobs. Maybe in the coding world it’s more advanced but it’s not for all other roles

This is really interesting. I’m in national accounts at a global supply chain co. They given us the tools but the adoption has been lackluster. Like yourself, I have push myself to understand the problem and use case(s). Plural. I’ve been selected as an SME for project pertaining to the adoption. This is interesting take. I’ve insured and made my skills and case studies portable due to this bottleneck or any future bottlenecks.

Last week I saw someone do an entire presentation on a new business process and their presentation was in html files on their hard drive instead of a powerpoint because they used a coding model to do a presentation 😭
