17 yrs ago gott a sowing and after 5-7 days had to take it down and as I took it down lost hair on the crown of my head the size of a tenis boll .

I got corn rows several years ago and honestly it didn't feel tight when she braided. However, I think I had an allergic reaction to the hair. Within a day my scalp was inflamed from the middle front to my crown. I took them down once I felt the pain. The worst part was taking them down. My scalp broke open. It was so tender I almost fainted when my mother took them out. Haven't worn synthetic hair in a few years and don't plan to go back.

Shaved and started all over again and to this day my crown is still kinda thin 🫠 all in all 2 strand twists, flat twists and loose bantu knots with my own hair is the norm🙌🏾
