exclusively pumped with my 1st baby! whatever day you start a fresh pitcher, you can add your pumped milk to it for 4 days. On the 4th day, whatever you haven’t used for bottles should be put into milk storage bags and frozen. Also, don’t be concerned about adding fresh milk to cold. That has been debunked as being an issue and I can dm you the research if interested :)

As a type b mom… I pump & pour it in a pitcher… even if there’s cold milk I add the warm milk. At the end of the day I make 5-6 bottles and freeze the rest and do it all again the next day. They say you’re not supposed to mix the milk when it’s warm but I honestly don’t have time and this allows me to pump and not wanna kms

I’m due with my second in January, and I’m very much contemplating pitcher method since I will be exclusively breast feeding this time around but I have two pitcher method videos saved that just made the most sense , I’m gonna tag you in them!!!!

Hi! Pumping mama here! I have an 8 month old and this is what I’ve done to make it easier and less stressful! Anything I pump from 7am to 10pm I put in 1 pitcher! Then whatever I pump from that pitcher I make bottles for the next day with it! Whatever is left over I will bag the next day! I like to do this so that if I dont have enough to make a milk mag for the freezer with I’ll use some from the next milk pitcher the day I’m using it! So in the morning there is two pitchers but by the end of the day there will be one pitcher with leftover milk and bottles for the next day! I hope that makes sense! 🤍

Hey ! So basically everything I pump today I put in a pitcher and feed him tomorrow and whatever I pump tomorrow I feed the next day. Basically what is pumped in one day is to be fed the next day not the day of. Please lmk if I’m making sense 😅

Hii! Exclusive pumping mama 🤍 I start pumping 7am what ever I pump today is for tomorrow. What ever is left tomorrow night I bag and freeze and I do that every day. So today’s pump is for tomorrows All day feeds and tomorrow pumps are for the following days feed. Hope that makes sense 🤣! I have read to not mix fresh pumped with already cold pumped. so what I do is use 1 glass bottle for the day pour my fresh milk , and store in the fridge to get cold and when my next pump time comes it should be cold, I pour it in the pitcher along with the other milk.

I just had my second a couple days ago and trying the 3 day pitcher method and would highly recommend. I’m not a great explainer but will tag you in the video 😅

Pumping and doing pitcher method. I only use one and after 3 days bag what’s left to freeze and then wash it to be used again. So easy
