Yup, everyone avoided fucking with the houthis hardcore because it’s really easy to fuck with trade when the tiny little strip of water controls 1/3 of the worlds trade and merchant boats aren’t well prepared against shitty rockets being fired at them. We fucked with them…. so they went nuclear… because why wouldn’t they? We already tried to overthrow them, there is no worse offense.
