When it’s proven they lied ,I believe they should receive the sentence that would have been falsly passed onto the man at a minimum. Throw some fines ontop of it as they took an oath not to lie in court and proceed to lie anyway.

I was falsely accused by my ex, went to jail and through hell. long story short they caught her planning everything because she accidentally forwarded an email to social services that was supposed to go to her alibis . in the end she wasn't charged. she was given a warning. my lawyer asked the prosecutor why. and they said. " charging her wouldn't be best in the public's interest"
