Breaking the transition into Get Ready, Stand Up, then 2s Line Up, with a 'that was a record, guys' at the end, turns it into a game they want to beat. Transitions shouldn't take longer than the activity, and this fixes that.

i lined them up for dismissal i looked at the clock i said we have 5 more minutes they said why are we lined up. i said didn't think it would happen this far 🤣😂 some days it's a 10 minute process 😬
