if you max out that tree then go down the knowledge tree and take the orator perk you can reclass into the philosopher and then take a subclass such as the hermit monk or school of Diogenes. Unfortunately this class has been nerfed into the ground after the early modern update. But it's still kind of cool.

There is a redistribution potion but unfortunately it does list the first ingredient as 3 bottles of MD 20/20, the rest become increasingly pricing and rarer the farther down the ingredient list you go.

for me i accidentally put a bit in hysterical strength and when I noticed my validator got hurt I may or may not have smited the enemy but I think this also helps though i haven't tried it myself

have you tried a coma? it takes a while but then it resets your attributes (or at least your physical ones) but it also resets your known associates and achievements but not your life expectancy

I think thers is an event called "brain damage" that swapped things around it may remove that extra points but it is pure luck and I think there is like a chance of a character removal
