Whenever she asked about wedding photos I'd be gushing over how good they looked and sharing my favorites of MY wedding. I would not be mentioning her engagement photos first because if you wanna be a sneaky B then I can be one too. I'd also return that folder to the photographer and when the friend finally brings them up I'd tell her she has to go through the photographer because our photo package only covered wedding photos not engagement ones so she'll have to speak to and pay the photographer if she wants her pictures.

NTA, She should have charged her a fee for using her photographer and another for those photos to be processed. I would even add a fee for using your wedding venue has their engagement venue, including food, drinks, souvenirs, the DJs time, floral arrangements and whatever else you want to include

I would delete them and have the photographer and me swear to never say they existed. Photographer could easily say they didn’t make the cut of photos for the wedding so they got deleted along with all the other random photos

I would wait for her to directly bring up the pictures. Then I would flat out ask why she felt it was okay to use your wedding photographer. I would just act like you don't know of the pictures until she brings it up. I would also charge her money for them, since you paid.
