I could never really explain this to my husband (he used to do physically demanding work, but I told him mental exhaustion hits differently), but ever since he started working as a school caretaker, he experiences this too😅

and the worst part is sometimes my husband dont understand how its exhausting handling 30 students. For him its easy! he even said he can also be a teacher because its that easy!
