@gluten.free.runne: I’m very excited to be at the Elevate Conference speaking on a panel about the talent gap in the insurance industry - essentially, how companies can attract, develop, and retain the next generation of talent. I’m here to bring a Gen Z perspective to the conversation. As a college student, entrepreneur, and someone who has spent years competing in FBLA and Mock Trial while figuring out my own career path, I’ve had a lot of opportunities to think about what young people are looking for when we think about our futures. Today I get to speak to people who have spent their careers in the industry, and I have found so much value in the experience of being able to learn from them while also sharing my perspective. My hope is that I can help the people in the room understand my generation a little better, while also taking what I learn back to my generation and helping make the business world feel a little less foreign.
