This is truly sad and it happened yesterday I think. They went on a field trip to the lake the boy fell in the teacher tried to save him . They accident happened around 12:00 p.m. They didn't find her until 12:43 p.m. and they found the boy today. Two young people gone in an instant. RIP Hannah and Ahmed 🪽🪽🪽🪽🪽Fly high

I’ve been a teacher for 25 years and I’ve NEVER took kids near water I barely want to take them to a Museum. Kids don’t listen nowadays. A very sad tragedy. 🙏🏾

On my 8th grade grad trip we went to a pool. One of my classmates died that day. They never noticed he drowned. I will never let my children go anywhere without me that involves water.

My son almost died saving a lil girl that was drowning in a river the current took my son under I cry every time I talk about it.this is so sad 🙏🏼

I know this area well, children are curious, the water was high and the current strong , after heavy rains, one slip and the child was washed into the lake, and the teacher went after him. I have witnessed people taking graduation pictures in this area when water flow was low. never underestimate water current, a child doesn't know any better, she tried to save him but the current was to strong. And it took her in to. She was brave. Two beautiful souls taken in a flash, May they rest in peace.

I cannot send my son to do water activities unless I’m present. God forbid something happens, but if he goes, I go. But she tried to save someone’s like they were her own. May she & baby boy rest in peace 🕊️🥺.
