I sucked bad with my teeth lol I don’t have top teeth now and only a few bottom teeth plus being scared to death of the dentist didn’t help it’s gross I know but I didn’t really care but now I regret it

When I was a kid, they actually taught oral hygiene in my elementary school. We would floss, brush our teeth, and rinse after lunch.
