I have the ninja luxe aswell, and it is actually pretty hard to turn the porta filter, but once you get use to it it’s okay!

I just bought mine after using a CasaBrews Ultra and I love it so much! If you scan the QR code the video will tell you how it works. It took me doing 3 shots before the machine knew what grind size my beans needed and now it’s perfect. I also use a puck screen and it comes out way better than when I don’t use one.

I do my milk first, so when the shot is done I immediately pour it into the milk. Otherwise the shot sitting can get bitter. Taste a shot quickly after pouring into milk, and then taste one that sits for a minute or so. The first one is way smoother.
