It's a street evangelism / publicity walk — where members of the church march through the town with placards, singing and inviting people for the main World Congress. You can see in the picture, everybody wearing the T-shirt and holding "WORLD ASSEMBLIES OF GOD CONGRESS GHANA" placards.
