People having trust issues about the count but they fully trust the contents of pills they put into their mouths. Pharmacists could be selling us placebo drugs and we wouldn't even know it.

Honestly that Computer actually has a smart design, it’s only counting Dark Spots and has a light shining on a white background so the pills show up more prominently all you need to do is spread them out. But I still see it ending up making an error at some point, having a smart design doesn’t mean it has 100% precision.
