@vallitfit: Balance can be a challenge for many individuals with Down syndrome, but that doesn’t mean they can’t improve with practice, patience, and the right support 🥹❤️ Anya kept trying these bird dog crunches between sets, and when she struggled with balance, we worked on a few drills together. Watching her keep going and finally get it was the sweetest reminder that progress doesn’t have to happen all at once. Sometimes it’s the little moments, the extra practice, and having someone in your corner that make all the difference. So proud of you, Anya! Never give up on yourself 💪
