@jupywrld: finally tried the viral no-water chicken soup!! The base is napa cabbage, which naturally holds a ton of water, so as everything slowly cooks down, the vegetables release enough liquid to create the broth - so no added water needed!! I also added salt, carrots and onion, and I've seen people add apples for a little extra sweetness! The most important part is making sure your lid closes completely so all that steam and moisture stays trapped inside while it cooks!
