My name is Abyssinia Ifeanyi, and I am an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher from Nigeria. I am currently living and working in Vietnam, where I have the opportunity to teach English and interact with Vietnamese students. I have a passion for teaching and helping students develop their English language skills. As an ESL teacher, I focus on improving students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. I believe that learning English should not only be about memorizing grammar rules but also about communicating confidently in everyday situations. In my classroom, I try to create a friendly, positive, and supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable participating. I encourage students to ask questions, practice speaking, and learn from their mistakes. I understand that students have different learning abilities and needs, so I try to use simple explanations, practical examples, classroom activities, and conversations to make lessons more interesting and easier to understand. My experience teaching in Vietnam has also helped me appreciate Vietnamese culture, education, and the importance of building good relationships with students and colleagues. I believe that teaching is a continuous learning process, and I am always willing to improve my teaching methods and gain new experiences. My goal is to help students become more confident English speakers and develop a positive attitude toward learning English. I want my students to feel that English is not just a school subject but also a useful skill they can use in their daily lives and future careers. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in Vietnam, and I look forward to contributing positively to the school, supporting my students, and continuing to grow as a professional teacher.
