This happened to me. I log in to motus there a box in there where you can do ticket and it got fixed in two days. I was dealing with the same thing insurance renewal I took picture put it on chat gpt it gave me step by step how to fix it. I called and everything no help. But follow instructions on chat GPT fixed in two days. I hope this helps.

that happen to me, it cost me $325 to get it back to active.. not one day, without insurance. still had to pay, to get active thru a 3rd party to get it active .

Had this issue about 12 years ago, insurance company filed everything as required, had all the confirmation numbers on file ect. I received a letter my dot number was suspended for noncompliance with insurance. Drove to the state dot office in Madison only to find out the dot had not processed my insurance filings for 7 years yet they issued my tags every quarter. I sat in their office refusing to leave from 8am when they opened until 4:00pm when they threatened to call the police because I refused to leave until it was resolved. The police were called, I explained my situation and the police asked how long it would take to resolve the matter so I would leave. Dot opened my file and in less than 5 minutes everything was taken care of.
