Or just because you are skinny and pregnant people think you don’t eat when you really do and they keep reminding you to eat everyday and it’s exhausting like I’m eating every 2 damn hours dude. Chill out.

my belly popped out a couple weeks ago and i had a co worker tell me, “wow! You’re getting fat” (they knew i was pregnant btw). I went home that night, hugged my boyfriend and just cried. I struggle with body dysmorphia, so being pregnant just makes it worse…

my belly has just started to fully show as of like two weeks ago. im 18 weeks now. I have this one regular at my job who's always talking about how I should remember that the pain and nausea im going through is for my baby, and be thankful for it 💀 he also came up to me just a couple days ago and grabbed my belly, asking how baby was doing. its so annoying. plus a lot of other regulars are expecting to be able to hold my baby after I have him, as if ill be bringing him anywhere around my job the first couple weeks, if at all.

I had my family member tell me “we’re tired of hearing it all. You’re pregnant. Get over it. It’s normal”. Mind you, I also have a chronic blood and bone cancer and am working full time. Stop asking how I am then because I’m tired of sugar coating or lying how rough this has been.

I check on my wife every day I’ll ask every day how she’s feeling what’s been hurting, or if there’s anything new that she’s feeling that she didn’t feel before. When she asks which is often because I told her hey if something hurts and you need a little massage just say so and I’ll do it because she’s growing a whole ass person while I just sit here and watch so the least I can do is take care of her.

none of the trimesters are "the easy one" every trimester comes with its own struggle. But as someone in the third trimester.. the second was easier.

I think calling myself his pet whale 🐋 is cute lol makes me feel better seeing my belly big because it makes me believe our baby is healthy. So far I havnt had anyone want to touch my belly. how weird strangers do that. i would most likely be vocal about it like "dont touch my belly i have trust issues and i need to protect the baby"

second trimester for me was definitely the easier of the 3. touching my tummy isn't something that ever bothered me. physical touch is my love language though so maybe that's why?
