I rent my houses out and renting an apt rn. It wasn’t worth it as a single woman with how much I work. I never had time to do all the cleaning and maintenance and yard work by myself. I was paying for yard people and a cleaner so I had enough time to do everything else I needed to on weekends. And swear I lived at Home Depot

Right!! People always say owning is better.. currently waiting for free pest control that they do as a preventative and my dryer isn’t working super well so maintenance is coming later likeeee yesss and nearly daily trash pick up at my front door
