The destruction of the Marvel Multiverse in the movies has already begun! These universes NO LONGER EXIST. Avengers: Endgame Encore has already opened, which is basically a rerelease of the same version of Endgame we saw in 2019. BUT this time it includes three post-credits scenes (four if we count a super short one) that tie directly into Avengers: Doomsday, which comes out in December. And as expected, videos of the scenes have already leaked, because people recorded their movie theater screens. I'm not going to spoil all the scenes, just one, because it's VERY interesting. You already read the mini SPOILER in the headline at the beginning, but IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THE CONTEXT, DON'T KEEP READING. There's a post-credits scene in the TVA where Mobius, O.B., and Casey appear, monitoring the multiverse tree that we saw at the end of the second season of Loki. Suddenly, an alert pops up saying that two Earths are about to crash into each other in an incursion. Mobius says he doesn't remember reading about that in the TVA handbook. And they mention the numbers specifically. It's EARTH-10005, which is the X-MEN universe from the Fox movies, that's going to collide with EARTH-1127 (we don't know which Earth this number belongs to). And on the TVA screens you can see the two Earths firing missiles at each other, trying to destroy the other one before they collide. Because that way, one Earth survives. So Mobius asks for a report to find out why this is happening, because he thinks it's an isolated case. When suddenly... a second alert! Another two Earths are about to collide. Mobius says it must be a mistake, that maybe rebooting the system will fix it. But it's not a mistake. Then a third alert pops up, and a fourth, and so on, until all the TVA alerts start going off. 20 universes are disappearing. No, wait! They're 300 universes! NO!... it's 3,000 UNIVERSES that have already disappeared. When an Earth is destroyed by colliding with another, it says "TERMINATED," because it disappeared in the incursion. But if one Earth destroys the other before the incursion, the screen says: "DESTROYED." Either way, in both cases it means those universes stopped existing. Then O.B. says: "The multiverse is collapsing." And the scene ends. The interesting thing is that on the TVA screens you can make out some of the numbers of the universes that are already screwed. And all these numbers are OFFICIAL, because Marvel Comics has a wiki with the number designations for the Marvel movies. There are surely tons of Easter eggs to various earlier Marvel movies on the screens, but on one specific screen you can clearly see these: EARTH-400083: This corresponds to the universe of the 2003 HULK movie with Eric Bana. It no longer exists. EARTH-15866: This is the one from the 2015 FANTASTIC FOUR movie. That one's already screwed too. EARTH-82111: This number corresponds to the universe of the series WHAT IF...? That one's already screwed too.
