currently in bali, on a solo trip away from my 2 girls , on my own ear pray love journey. im a single mama, 100% care of my girls, just finalised my divorce and sold my family home. this is my healing time. my beautiful niece, is being paid, to have my girls so I can healing my soul. they are loved and cared for. while I care for me. do I have mum guilt? yes!! but not enough to stop me filling my cup.

I think it’s money. Well definitely with myself I can afford my kids 100% but hair nails protein/ vitamins. Good food is expensive gym memberships are expensive.

What if your partner works six days a week and says well I don’t get time to myself? How can we then feel comfortable going out alone or doing something for ourselfs

A majority of Mums look after their kids and their husband and so looking after themselves falls off literally something as simple as getting eyebrows done or going to the gym!!!! as time just doesn’t run the same that way when one person has 4 other plates on top of theirs - that’s why single mums often “glow up” because they realise they can look after themselves!

I’m so sick of these marriages divorcing online and the kids being exposed to this. So every-time a married couple divorces I’m unfollowing. So draining to watch so many marriages break bc of social media.

I think it's the mums that stay home and don't work. They go into being a stay at home mum with the most beautiful intentions, but then really lose themselves. It's so important to have something for yourself.

I left her home at 16 and I believe it’s really important that you find time for yourself if you’ve got the support and money for people to care for your children go for it. It’s important to feel good as a mum to be the best mum.l totally agree
