There was a guy back in the 60s 70s and 80s named Jack Lalaine by far the most fittest person ever when he was 70 years old he pulled 70 people in 13 boats handcuffed and shackle from Alcatraz Island to the mainland and Jack would eat shit loads of liver. I've been eating liver for 40 years. My mom was a hospital dietitian and I had to eat liver twice a week I hate to taste of liver, so I'm thankful for the supplements.
