I always loved this conversation(a lot is edited out) but I love that entire episode Christian was blunt and completely honest and she wasn’t upset about it she was just being genuine she even validated Meredith and said that she had a right to be a wife and a mother but that doesn’t mean she has to pretend it doesn’t effect how good of a surgeon she is and I loved Christian for that because so many women need reality checks like no sadly you can not always have your cake and eat it too
