A feuding neighbor sh0t a couple with a handgun before fetching an AR-15-style rifl3 from his home to k*ll them, after an apparent argument over the couple shovelling snow into his yard, video emerged showing the Pennsylvania couple yelling obscenities at the neighbour, before the man grabs a g*n & fatally sh00ts the husband & wife in the middle of the street. The g*nman, Jeffrey Spaide, 47, then took his own life as cops closed in. The violent incident took place at the height of Nor'easter storm on the 1st of Feb 2021, in Plains Township in the suburbs of Scranton, claiming the lives of James Goy, 50 & his wife, 48-year-old Lisa Goy. Prosecutors have officially ruled the deadly triple sh00ting a murd3r-suicid3. The argument appears to have been sparked after the victims dumped snow into their neighbour’s yard while clearing their cars. Spaide asked the pair to stop, which prompted James Goy to throw aside the tool he was using to clean his car, walk up to his neighbour in the street & make a fist at him. James & Lisa Goy, are seen in the video hurling obscenities at Jeffrey Spaide. Spaide emerged from his home aiming a pistol at the Goys, who continue yelling at him Surveillance video from the scene shows the Goys yelling at Spaide. Spaide goes back into his house as the Goys continue cursing at him. Moments later, Spaide emerges from his residence holding a pistol, but the Goys carry on with the verbal abuse & challenge him to sh00t. James and Lisa initially do not react and remain standing as Spaide opens fire on them. He squeezes off multiple rounds from close range, striking both victims & causing them to collapse to the snow-covered ground. The gunman then goes back into his house to get an AR-15-style rifl3, which he uses to sh00t his neighbours again, kill*ng both in the middle of the street. Prosecutors said Spaide then retreated into his home, paced back & forth in front of a window, then sh0t himself dead as the first police units responded to the scene. Police said a total of 15 to 20 sh0ts were fired during the confrontation. #crimetok #truecrimetiktok #truecrime #crimetoks #crimestory #criminalcase #crimetiktoker #crimetiktok #crimecases #crimejunkie

A dad kill3d his 8-year-old son after his BMW aquaplaned on the M60 while he was 13 times the dr*g-driving limit. Leon Clarke had just picked his 2 young sons up from their grandparents' home shortly before he "lost control" of his vehicle and smashed into a lorry. His eldest son, Blake Consterdine, di3d in hospital after suffering serious injuries in the horror crash, near Audenshaw, Manchester on February 28, 2020. Clarke, 40, was jailed for 4 years after admitting causing d3ath by careless driving whilst over the dr*g driving limit. He also pleaded guilty to causing d3ath by driving while uninsured. Clarke had picked Blake and his 6-year-old brother up from their grandparents' home in Middleton at about 1.40pm. As Clarke drove home along the M60, Blake was sitting in the back seat of the BMW 3 Series while his younger brother was a front seat passenger. It was raining heavily at the time and there was a 'significant amount' of water on the carriageway. As Clarke drove past junction 23, his BMW was estimated to be travelling at about 76mph in the outside lane. However, as he indicated to move left, he lost control of the vehicle. Clarke attempted to brake but the BMW veered across 3 lanes before the rear of the vehicle collided with a highways maintenance lorry parked on the motorway's hard shoulder. Despite the best efforts of medics, he was pronounced d3ad that same afternoon. Following the incident, Clarke was arrested by police. Tests showed he had 680mg of benzoylecgonin3, a metabolite of cocain3, in his bl00d - more than 13 times the legal limit of 50g. In an emotional victim impact statement read out in court, Blake's mother, Victoria Consterdine, described her son as "cheeky" and "a joker", adding that he "loved life and his family". She also revealed the devastating effect that Blake's tragic death has had on her and her family. #crimecases #truecrimetiktok #crimestory #crimetiktok #crimetoks #crimetok #crimejunkie #truecrime #crimetiktoker #crimestories #crimetiktokers #crime
