@saysdotcom: Residents living near a slope at the Damai Perdana Apartment in Cheras were ordered to evacuate after a landslide occurred near Block D on 22 September. The Selangor Fire and Rescue Department received an emergency call at 9.03pm, with personnel arriving at the scene shortly after. Operations assistant director Ashrul Riezal Asbar stated that the landslide is believed to have been caused by an underground water leak. As a precautionary measure, residents living nearby were instructed to evacuate while authorities continue to monitor soil stability and water flow. No casualties have been reported.
