@thesammimae: I am 35 years old and have 15+ years of barista experience and I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that… 1. I suck at latte art. Working in faced paced establishments never really allowed the time to learn this skill. I can make a mean drink… but there probably won’t be pretty art on top 😅 2. I have limited experience with brewing styles. I can pull espresso shots and work a drip coffee machine… but that’s about it 😳 3. I rarely drink black coffee. I’m trying to rely less on flavors and cream in my drinks. But sometimes, a white chocolate caramel americano with heavy cream just hits the spot 😅 4. There is still a LOT I don’t know about coffee. I have a very focused amount of knowledge… a lot of it… but there is still sooooo much to learn! AND I’m done being embarrassed about any of it. For more chaotic coffee content follow @thesammimae 🥰
