@winstonpepito888: I visited the Supreme Court with my colleagues from the executive and legislative branches of the Cebu City Government to discuss the proposed 7-billion Hall of Justice complex at the South Road Properties. We had the privilege of meeting in the private caucus room reserved for the Justices. During the discussion, I expressed our eagerness to welcome this landmark development and help move it forward. A Hall of Justice of this scale would strengthen access to justice and reinforce Cebu City’s role as a center for the Visayas and Mindanao.
