EU scene being better is just a culture thing. There are so many junior teams among many other reasons. I do wish for the 2019ish era Liquid or C9 winning the Eleague major times to come back.

CS is simply taking talents from average europeans, while average NA gamers mostly not attracted to CS, it seems like they are playing CoD, R6 and Valorant. If there was no those games then NA scene would obtain a lot of legends for sure
