You don’t need 15 different glute exercises, a new workout every week, or to train glutes every single day. If I wanted to maximize my glute growth over the next several months, THIS is what I’d focus on: 1. Train your glutes 2–3x/week. More isn’t automatically better. You need enough training to stimulate growth AND enough recovery between sessions. 2. Choose exercises that challenge your glutes in different positions. Think hip thrusts/bridges, RDLs, squats or split squats, kickbacks + abductions. You don’t need 10 exercises in one workout 😭 3. Progressively overload. If you’ve been doing the same weight, reps + effort for months, don’t expect your body to keep changing. Track your lifts and gradually improve your performance. 4. Train close enough to failure. Those last few reps should actually be challenging. If you finish 12 reps but could’ve done another 10… we have a problem 😭 5. EAT. YOUR. PROTEIN. Around 0.7–1g per lb of body weight is a solid range for most people focused on building muscle. And remember: muscle growth requires energy. Constantly under-eating while trying to grow your glutes is working against your goal. 6. Stop changing your workouts every week. “Muscle confusion” is NOT the goal. Keep your main movements consistent long enough to get stronger at them and actually track progression. 7. Recover like it matters — because it does. Your muscles grow and adapt between workouts. Prioritize your sleep, rest days & overall recovery. And most importantly…GIVE. IT. TIME. 👏🏾 Less than 6 months of structured training can change A LOT, but only if you’re actually giving your glutes a reason to adapt. Progressive overload. Enough protein. Smart exercise selection. Training with intensity. Recovery. Consistency. You don’t need to do MORE. You need to do the right things consistently. 🍑💕 #gym #workout #Fitness #glute #glutegrowth
