@moonietok: my secret to an easy sukiyaki night. 🥢🤎 start by layering napa cabbage into a cast iron pot, add snow white mushrooms, then place the thinly sliced lamb on top. Mix AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu with water at a 1:3 ratio, pour it into the pot, cover, and let everything cook over medium heat for 25–30 minutes. that’s honestly it. The Kombu Tsuyu gives the broth a savoury, umami-rich Japanese-style flavour without having to make the soup base from scratch.
