CUBAN SANDWICH! Growing up in Miami, these were part of your weekly diet🙂 I love this sandwich from the bottom of my heart and I’ve never made it at home before and this was my first try! It was so juicy and delicious, you have to try it. See recipe below and tag someone who loves this sandwich! … Pork: 1. Cut your 4lb pork butt into chunks (cut off excess fat) and put them into a oven safe pot with chopped onions, 6 cloves minced garlic, two squeezed oranges, 1 jalapeño, salt, pepper, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp coriander, 1 tbsp dried oregano. 2. Cover pot and cook in oven for 3 hours. Remove and poke some holes in your meat and put it back in for another hour. Take it out and it should shred perfectly. 3. Build your Sandwich: in a cast iron (or flat top) lather the bottom half of your Cuban bread and place on the cast iron. Add mustard, grilled ham, pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and the top piece of bread. Use something flat to press down on the sandwich. Lather the top bread with butter and flip and repeat pressing. 4. Serve! #sandwich
