I once had to coach a team already picked out for me (there wasn’t enough coaches so i volunteered) and they were 6-8th grade girls and they were all the dead last picks from try outs and THE HEAD OF THE LEAGUE NAMED THE TEAM THE BLACK SHEEP! I had to coach middle school girls who have never played before who were already ostracized from the rest of the league. How dare they do that to sweet young girls in a PAY TO PLAY REC LEAGUE! Jokes on them we finished 2nd in the end of year tournament and almost every girl signed up for spring ball and went on to play for all stars! Proud of my black sheep ♥️

I played here when I was 9-18 years old. Made the best of friends playing softball. Even being our 30s now we still keep in touch. Yeah there’s drama everywhere but I loved this park. At what point do we home ourselves accountable for the way a town is so “shitty”. We can do better too yall.
