Sexual assaulters can use any smart phone in the same way. For the glasses, it has a light when it is recording but smart phone can be placed anywhere and no light comes on. Blaming smart glasses and not smart phones or any other small recording devices doesn’t make sense! Plus lots of smart products will come in the future that has camera features, people need to be aware of these technologies and learn how to coexist with them safely. It is not possible to ban everything!
