Oven Flatbread/ Naan Recipe with a Bread Pillow Flatbread/ Naan Recipe at Home - Ingredients: 1 kilogram flour 3 cups warm water 3 tbsp olive oil (use when needed to knead easily) 15g baking powder 7g yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt Optional topping: Add some sesame seeds (for more flavour and nutrients) I made 5 large Flatbread with these ingredients. You can divide the dough into smaller portions too! In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients and mix with a spoon. Cover the dough and set it aside. Once the dough rises, you can optionally oil your hands and knead it once more. Cover it again and leave it to rise fully. After it has fully risen, divide the dough into your desired portions and roll them into balls. Preheat your oven to its maximum temperature using both top and bottom heating. Keep the dough balls covered as you work on them individually. Lay the dough onto a bread pillow and slap it onto the bottom of the oven or onto a hot baking tray. Bake at the maximum temperature and flip the bread as soon as brown spots appear. Bake the other side for just one more minute. Happy baking! #flatbread #naan #Recipe #baking #fyp
