Potato Casserole with Bolognese Sauce 🍛 Ingredients: Potatoes — 1 kg Ground meat — 400 g Onion — 1 Carrot — 1 Celery stalk — 1 Garlic — 2 cloves Tomato paste — 1 tbsp Crushed tomatoes — 400 g Mozzarella — 200 g Butter — 40 g Milk — 50 ml Paprika Salt & pepper Sugar Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash them with butter, milk and 100 g of mozzarella. Finely dice the onion, carrot and celery and sauté until softened. Add the garlic and ground meat and cook until browned. Add the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Mix well and cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Spread the mashed potatoes in a baking dish, add the Bolognese sauce on top and finish with the remaining 100 g of mozzarella. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden. Pastel de Patata con Salsa Boloñesa 🍛 Ingredientes: Patatas — 1 kg Carne picada — 400 g Cebolla — 1 Zanahoria — 1 Tallo de apio — 1 Ajo — 2 dientes Tomate concentrado — 1 cda Tomate triturado — 400 g Mozzarella — 200 g Mantequilla — 40 g Leche — 50 ml Pimentón Sal y pimienta Azúcar Cuece las patatas hasta que estén tiernas. Haz un puré con la mantequilla, la leche y 100 g de mozzarella. Corta la cebolla, la zanahoria y el apio en dados pequeños y sofríe hasta que estén tiernos. Añade el ajo y la carne picada y cocina hasta que la carne esté dorada. Añade el tomate concentrado, el tomate triturado, pimentón, sal, pimienta y un poco de azúcar. Mezcla bien y cocina hasta que la salsa espese ligeramente. Extiende el puré de patatas en una fuente para horno, añade la salsa boloñesa por encima y termina con los 100 g restantes de mozzarella.
