You want to help, but you don't know what to say, you're afraid of getting it wrong, so sometimes you end up doing nothing at all. This verse offers another way to show up: carry someone's burden, even without being physically by their side. Prayer does exactly that. You don't need to solve their struggle or find the right words. Just carry it with them, before God, regularly.
