Sometimes my contamination OCD makes me feel so dirty that I’m scared to get clean just to get dirty and panic all over again if that makes sense (it doesn’t) but that’s how my brain works sometimes

Can't clean cause everything is contaminated, can't touch what other people touched or sipped on cause that's contaminated as well. :c They keep bothering me and I'm mad I can't clean cause then it'll be contaminated until I do it right.

Even if I have cleaning OCD problem but it’s not the only problem of OCD , there are many types of OCD , people should really research about how worse OCD is.

Also people with ocd can have depression, so eventhough person is clean, sometimes depression wins and then the person isn't that clean.
