Completely fake. To be a late bloomer you must at least have started your puberty at 15 and end it at 19-21, anyone who starts it at 11-14 is just an early bloomer and growth spurt is coincident with puberty start so it wouldnt make any sense for you to start puberty at 14 (for example) and starting your growth spurt at 15 because you may spurt once your puberty starts. And btw, if you started puberty at 8-10 (for boys) thats not even a "early" or "late bloomer" thing but a clinical condition.
