This is the Courts fault for allowing jurors to have their phones. where im from, no one but attoand employees can even bring a phone into the courthouse

Didn't the " professionals" explain these terms during the trial? Also, couldn't they have asked the judge for the definition? Why would any juror feel the need to " look up" any information?

I was a juror back in June and we had to leave our phones in the courtroom or the locked juror room while we were deliberating.
