The second you stop taking his silence personal, his power dies. 2/ DO NOT FILL HIS QUIET WITH YOUR NOISE Old you blows up his phone, writes paragraphs, says sorry for breathing. Healed you lets silence be his. No call, no text, no checking if he saw your story. You do not chase quiet, you let quiet sit with the one who created it. Silence only works when you dance to fill it, stop dancing and he starts sweating. 3/ USE HIS COLD HOURS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HOTTER He goes silent hoping you sit and suffer. You go live. Hair done, body moving, sisters laughing, money making, peace pouring. Post your glow, drink your water, touch grass, pray, journal. When his punishment becomes your vacation, he realizes his favorite weapon just gave you rest. That is when he spirals. 4/ WHEN HE COMES BACK DO NOT PRETEND IT WAS NOTHING He will slide back sweet, hey, you good, like he did not just leave you anxious for a day. Cure is you do not reward that.
