both agents and customers should be vigilant during transactions. customers should not mention their numbers aloud when doing transactions. instead, they should dial their numbers on a phone and give it to the agents for the transactions

The thing is, scammers have access to your number, they can call at anytime and provide all your information for you to think that you are talking to the right person, so whatever the situation is don’t do anything you are not interested. If you need anything go back to the agent you did the transaction for clarification

I don't know if the fools scamming people's hard earned monies is peculiar to Ghana only or it happens in other African countries. May the guys and ladies in those acts die in situations their family cannot even find their bodies "die like fowls"
