You’re not making the most out of your nursing pin!!!! But it’s not your fault because there aren’t enough people out their sharing their cool nurse jobs It’s the reason I started doing content in the last few months to a year so I can share with my fellow nurses and healthcare professionals. You’re all siting on a goldmine of experience and front line knowledge that can make you so valuable to health tech companies to help them improve their service and secure roles that respect us and pay us well as well as see us as a human being with a family and a life, people who deserve to rest, enjoy life and have hobbies. When I was a A&E nurse best believe I would have laughed in your face if you ask me if I have hobbies and then replied my hobby is making if tru di shift 😂 and home time as well as pay day those are my hobbies 😂 The only thing stopping you from having one of these roles, not packaging your experience and knowledge properly and having a dusty crusty standard NHS nursing/ HCP CV (that was me a few years ago) that just isn’t a true reflection of you on paper and so what would make a recruiter pick you out of a pile of 200 people?
