@atwine99: Have you tried cauliflower and keema like this before?😍 Ingredients: * 350 g minced meat (keema) * 1 large cauliflower * 1 large onion, chopped * 1 large tomato, chopped * 1 tbsp cumin seeds * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp paprika powder * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * ⁠3 tbs yogurt * Salt, to taste * Red chilli, to taste * Green chillies, chopped * fresh coriander * 7 tbsp oil Method: 1. Heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and chopped onion. Fry until slightly golden. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and paprika. Mix well. 3. Add the 350 g keema,cumin powder and salt. cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add the chopped tomato,black pepper and yogurt cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Mix well. 5. In a separate wok, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for about 10 minutes. 6. Add salt, red chilli, green chilli and fresh coriander. Cook until the cauliflower is soft. 7. Add the cooked cauliflower to the keema and cook together on very low heat for another 5 minutes. 8. Serve hot with paratha, roti or naan. #fyp #trending #cauliflower #keema #viral
