Jealousy is normally the reason for a lot of this type of behavior. I've been dealing with someone for years who I work with, she's 60 years old, and I'll be 36 in December. I'm always quiet, keep to myself, do my job, and go home. There was a time where I learned she started making up hurtful stories about me like saying my clothes were dirty, or I didn't brush my teeth. Ect. Or I didn't clean my home lol. The way to cut these types off is to simply not give them any information about your life. Anything. She's asked a few times what I'm doing this weekend and I simply grey rock and reply with "Nothing." Works everytime! Become boring and uninteresting

This is me in quiet and stay to myself everyone reported me but the manager said if everyone say I’m a problem then it must be true I told him how does 1 person bother everyone at work if I don’t talk . He said because I need to fix my attitude and talk more
