i dont trust poa man my dad had dementia and his college friend came and took him to sign over everything.. he sold my dads 800,000 house 5 months after signing it showed up with bright red range over when he came bacj into town after that.. and put him a dementia area and then he ended up dying and i never gog a penny i never knew where he lived in cashed the life insurance money before he died i didnt eben know u could do that he was a eye doctor i was his only daughter he planned in dying young bc of parkisons then got dementia too died at 50 but always wanted me to have our house and his stocks and life insurance i got nothing! so people are grimmy . like he was never supposed to be poa .. watch that movie i called i care alot this happens all the time to people
