I made this for someone with alpha gal. I used sweetened condensed coconut milk and used coconut milk cool whip. It was SO good! For anyone who has allergies to dairy products.

I make the cake per the box, poke the holes, add condensensed milk then cove with heath bits. To die for!! Like you said, even better the next day

If you mix the sweetened condensed milk with some caramel mix it up and then pour it over. It makes it so much easier and smoother to go in the holes.
