Ei Don't use iwyze bafethu.. They wanted Tracker, Blood work from esbhedlela, took em 30 days or more to finalize the claim, besides that you can never get thru to any department

I know santam insurance is a bit expensive but that's the best insurance in south Africa,they don't do any of these things,they only assess the car to see if it's worth fixing or write off..that's it

As a former Broker, I used to advice my clients about reading certain parts in the schedule and have a different bank account for those expenses that doesnt pay insurance and tracker. In my 3 years as a broker, only one claim was rejected because a client tried to di fraud.

Ours was rejected because according to the tracker data the speed was 20km above the set speed of that area, the car was written off

Please help me understand if my bank statement shows that o was at Tops and I spent 1500 for example how does that warrant a rejection for my claim, I mean I can be buying for the house or buying for a friend how is it proof that i was drunk please help me understand
